Terms of use

By using TaxMetria you agree to the following. If you don't agree, please don't use the calculator for decisions that matter to you.

Not tax, financial, or legal advice

TaxMetria is an educational tool. The results are estimates based on publicly available tax authority data and a deliberately narrow modeled scenario. They are not tax advice, financial advice, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Tax laws change. Our data releases are versioned and reviewed, but no calculator can be guaranteed to be correct for every reader, every jurisdiction, and every tax year at every moment in time. Cross-check material decisions with a chartered tax adviser (UK) or an enrolled agent / CPA (US) — or with the relevant tax authority directly.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Intellectual property

Site design, code, copy, and data records are owned by the operators or licensed for use. You may link to the calculator pages freely. You may not reproduce the source code or the data records for redistribution without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
